Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, particularly in higher education facilities.
Ensure project success by collaborating closely with a cohesive team from the design phase through to project completion, upholding safety and quality.
Address technical challenges on-site using your problem-solving skills to meet project goals efficiently and economically.
Manage project changes and scope variations while maintaining balance in costs, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
Suggest, estimate, and present project enhancements to clients.
Assess energy performance factors before finalizing implementation decisions.
Oversee the execution of project construction, staying within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
Provide exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in construction management, project management or project engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Background in HVAC or mechanical construction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbal.
Team player with a positive outlook, resilience, and determination.
Ability to think quickly and critically under pressure.
Exceptional organizational abilities.
Resourceful with strong judgment skills.
