Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, particularly in higher education facilities.
- Ensure project success by collaborating closely with a cohesive team from the design phase through to project completion, upholding safety and quality.
- Address technical challenges on-site using your problem-solving skills to meet project goals efficiently and economically.
- Manage project changes and scope variations while maintaining balance in costs, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
- Suggest, estimate, and present project enhancements to clients.
- Assess energy performance factors before finalizing implementation decisions.
- Oversee the execution of project construction, staying within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Provide exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in construction management, project management or project engineering, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Background in HVAC or mechanical construction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive outlook, resilience, and determination.
- Ability to think quickly and critically under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Resourceful with strong judgment skills.
